1. Your license

ShapeShelf is sold exclusively through the aescripts + aeplugins marketplace and is licensed under the standard aescripts + aeplugins End-User License Agreement, which is presented on the product page and at checkout. That EULA — not this page — is the agreement that governs your purchase and use of the Software, including the license grant, number of activations, and restrictions. Licensing and trial activation are handled by the official aescripts licensing framework built into the panel.

2. Refunds

The aescripts + aeplugins marketplace refund policy applies to your purchase. In addition, if the Software does not work as described and we are unable to resolve the issue, contact us at info@nxyz.art and we will work with you on it.

3. Bundled open-source assets

The Software searches and delivers icons, emoji, and curated vectors from third-party open-source libraries, and bundles components such as Google’s MobileNet model and TensorFlow.js. These remain under their own licenses, listed on the Licensespage. Your use of that artwork and those components is governed by those licenses — artwork you insert can be used freely in personal and commercial projects, subject to each library’s license (some, like Font Awesome Free, ask for attribution).

4. Updates

Your purchase includes free updates to the Software, delivered through the aescripts + aeplugins Manager. We may add, change, or discontinue features over time.
